ME Student (TASP)
Hi!
Gil received both his B.Sc. (2018) and M.Sc. (2020) in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion as an alumnus of the “Brakim” program. His M.Sc. research focused on nano-scale modelling of material systems using multi-DOF dynamics methods. Currently, Gil is an M.E. student in the Technion Autonomous Systems Program (TASP) with coursework focusing on reinforcement learning and bio-robotics, and he also works part-time as an R&D engineer at a computer-vision startup. His research in the lab focuses on Shared Control and human-prosthesis interaction. Gil loves to learn anything about anything, following the words of Leonardo da Vinci: “Learning is the only thing the mind never exhausts, never fears, and never regrets.”
